On the hunt to find a child care center that aligned with her values for her own daughter, she couldn’t find anyone providing high quality, dual language child care in her area. As a result of the absence of this unique program, Natalie created Casa de Corazón.

Financial Requirements
Franchise Fee
This is a one time fee included in the initial investment. This fee covers your site selection and lease negotiation assistance, 3D renderings, and your opening support.
Liquid Assets
Banks are requiring 10-30% of the initial investment for a down payment on a loan, plus six months of loan payments and six months of expenses as cash reserves. We have great partners to connect you with to see if you qualify!
Initial Investment
This range includes two different options for real estate; a build to suit lease (low investment) and purchasing a building (high investment). This investment range includes all equipment needed to run your Casa as well as your chosen real estate option.
