As a hands-on operational driven company, we know what it takes to operate a Casa de Corazón® center.
Each Franchise Owner has the opportunity to benefit from this dedication and knowledge. We view each franchise as an extension of the Casa de Corazón family and therefore your success is our top priority. It is important to us to provide attention to each Franchise Owner to help you achieve your maximum potential. This attention is provided by our Corporate Support Team.
Prior to Opening
Prior to opening your Casa de Corazón, you will attend a two week training program at one or more of the corporate training facilities. During this time you will learn many aspects of operation and once completed you will be positioned to operate your own Casa de Corazón. Additionally, you will have a weekly call with our Franchise Support Specialist who will assist with construction and permitting.
New Center Opening
A few days surrounding your center’s Grand Opening, a Casa Franchising Certified Trainer will work with you at your location. Our Trainer will assist you in the first few weeks of operations to ensure a smooth Grand Opening.
Operational Support
Throughout day to day operations, questions and situations may arise where you require assistance! Our dedicated Support Specialists have years of experience in the field. They are available daily to assist you with advice on everything from parent communication to curriculum implementation to marketing. You also have a biweekly call with them to ensure your business is growing and functioning to the best of its ability!
Marketing Support
We understand the importance of capturing every opportunity to increase enrollment. Our marketing resources are designed to increase enrollment and educate the community regarding who Casa de Corazón is. Your Support Specialist will help guide you through every step of Casa’s Marketing Proven Process.
