What Are the Requirements To Purchase a Franchise?
If you have the heart of a teacher and the outlook of a businessperson, you are a great candidate to buy a Casa de Corazón franchise in Dallas, Fort Worth, or Arlington. We are always looking for individuals who care about their communities and are looking to make a change. The requirements to purchase a franchise include:
Finances – There are several items you’ll need to finance to buy a franchise. First, there’s an initial investment that runs between $738,000 - $3,911,000. Second, you’ll need to purchase the real estate. Finally, we include some supplies, but you’ll need to purchase others as well.
Passion – One of the aspects of our early childhood program is a focus on bilingual education. When franchise owners have a passion for language and bilingual education, it is passed to the children and the community.
Experience – You don’t have to have management and business experience to purchase a franchise, but it is recommended. After all, you will be running a business, so any experience you can bring to the table will benefit you.
Ambition – Running a business takes ambition and energy which will help you to be a successful Casa de Corazón owner.
Skills – At Casa de Corazón, we help our franchise owners through the process of starting up a center, but you should also have some skills that will lead to success. Being a leader and building relationships with local businesses will you become established in your community.

How Does a Casa de Corazón Center Improve the Community?
Community is a massive part of the Casa de Corazón family. Many of the children who attend our centers live within walking distance, and those who don’t are still only a short drive or bike ride away. We strive to make a difference in the communities we are located in and frequently host community events to get everyone involved. Not only does this create a stronger feeling of community, but it boosts the local economy as well.
Casa de Corazón also supports community improvement through bilingual education. Did you know that a bilingual person can earn between 1.5% and 3.8% more than someone who only speaks one language? Studies have shown that when someone speaks two languages, they have longer attention spans and can outperform those who only speak one language. This sets up the children in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Arlington to succeed at school, at work, and resolving conflicts. This simply makes for stronger communities, schools, and relationships.
Improving the Community While Realizing Your Dreams
Every community deserves a center where everyone feels appreciated and welcome. At Casa de Corazón, that’s exactly what we aim for, and we want you to be a part of it. Whether it’s a dream you’ve always had to run a childcare facility, be an entrepreneur, or this is a new interest you’ve just discovered, we love working with individuals who have a passion for improving the world around them.
