Colorado

 

Denver/Aurora/Lakewood Area

Nearly three million people live in the Denver/Aurora/Lakewood area, and approximately 360,000 are children under 10 years old. Median household incomes are about 10% higher than the median for Colorado as a whole, and the population is well-educated. Almost half, 45.8%, hold at least a bachelor’s degree.

The Denver/Aurora/Lakewood area has the population size to support a Casa de Corazón franchise. Miami/Fort Lauderdale/West Palm Beach Area

The Miami/Fort Lauderdale/West Palm Beach metropolitan area has over 6 million residents, predominantly White Hispanics. Almost half the population speaks Spanish and English, and 39.5% were born outside of the United States. These communities understand the value of being fluent in more than one language.
