As our business began to grow, we came to the realization that many communities would benefit from our innovative program. So we looked into ways to make our foundation solid. This is when we found the EOS model. If you decide to open a Casa Franchise you will notice that we operate differently than other companies. What is EOS?

EOS is a set of concepts and tools that allows one to create a business that is on track to always reach their goals and one that is constantly improving. EOS strives to make you better at getting everyone up to speed on what the vision is, become more focused and disciplined, and create a healthy leadership team who works well together.  

Useful EOS Skills That Have Positively Shaped Our Business:

Restructuring Meetings

One of the most useful things has been the concept of starting and ending meetings on time. Our meetings are a place where we address issues and come up with the best solutions, devised by listening to everyone’s unique point of view. If you sit down in one of our meetings, you’ll notice a list of “Issues”. We determine the top three issues that need to be addressed and talk about them first. At the end of the meeting, we rank how it went on a scale from one to ten, ten being a great meeting. This subconsciously helps us strive for a ten at every meeting. It encourages productivity and avoids distractions or tangents since pressing issues are facing us the entire time. 

Looking For People Who Share the Vision and Want to Learn

Individuals who constantly want to learn and be better are always pushing themselves, and seek to implement new ideas. The quality of our business has consistently improved because our employees are passionate and want to contribute. We are grateful to have individuals who share the same values, passions, and goals that our company tries to promote. These individuals have made us better. Our community of passionate individuals allows us as a whole to move forward, unlike other companies where only some are trying to carry everyone forward. 

Vision Traction Organizer

The VTO allows us to organize and plan for the future. This tool encourages us to put our vision on paper so that everyone is aware of where we are heading. There are two sections in this document, the vision and traction page. The vision page, reminds us of our core values and mission to then identify where we want to be in the future. We are then able to create relevant goals that are in line with our mission. Then the traction page helps us put into motion the vision. And helps us figure out concrete steps and people who should be involved. 

Getting to the Root of the Problem

This last concept, although it sounds like common sense, is something that many companies struggle to do. We have changed the way we think regarding solving problems. We seek to understand the full picture before making a decision for the sake of coming up with a quick solution. By taking a step back and talking to those involved, we have seen that we can make better decisions to completely solve the problem instead of patching things up.
