Each center has access to this document as a daily resource. The DDR is an essential tool when starting out. As it will help you understand what are the requirements for each location. The document is primarily for the use of directors, so when hiring a director this could be a good reference point to see if the candidate would be a good fit for the center and would be able to carry out all of the necessary duties. 

You will find resources detailing how to carry out certain protocols, responsibilities, and when to ask for help. The DDR is very important to follow as everything in it is company standard. And is how we ensure that each community knows who Casa is. Our intention with this document is to help you successfully complete a full year of activities at your center. This is an important document that should also be thoroughly read and understood.
